Due to the massive expansion of our company, we are almost at full capacity. We are seeking for highly motivated individuals as a full-time Account Resolution Specialist, while maintaining an overall customer service experience. DCI is a third party collection agency for some of the largest telecom, cable and satellite companies in the world! Our management and collection tools have allowed DCI to produce results at higher level than our competitors. We are headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida and have a satellite office in Tualatin, Oregon. As a Professional Account Resolution Specialist you will take calls to inform the consumer they have a delinquent account that needs to be resolved. Your responsibilities will include, gathering information about the consumer's current financial situation and negotiating the best possible arrangements. DCI prides itself on being the number one agency in the telecom communication collections industry.

The position is located in:

Tualatin, OR 97062 with close proximity to I-5, WES Train, and the MAX

Our Tualatin hours of operation are Monday through Friday:

Hours during training are Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm (4 weeks)

DCI requires 2 early evenings per week from the hours of 11am until 8pm Monday and Tuesday, or Wednesday and Thursday based on business need. The remaining 3 days will be 8am- 5pm.

Qualifications:

-Effective communication and negotiation skills

-Ability to handle multiple tasks in a production driven environment

-Excellent negotiation skills

-Ability to learn and adhere to all state and federal laws

-Must possess a High School Diploma or GED

-Pass a criminal background check and drug test

Pay:

$12.50-$14.00/hour based on experience + monthly commission
