Bealstone, Inc. is currently seeking an ambitious and hard-working candidate who is looking to break into the outside sales industry. Ideal candidates are those with either a science background or those who are looking to build experience for the medical sales or pharmaceutical sales industry.
Bealstone works with the largest office supplier in the country doing their face-to-face customer acquisition and account management. Recently our client purchased a company that allows us to expand into the disposable medical supply industry, with over 60,000 products. Account Executives will still work with the full spectrum of products our client offers, however, we are looking to expand this sector for them.
We provide full training to entry level candidates and give preference to those who are highly motivated, energetic, and hardworking. Our company has advancements opportunities into sales management, but we also provide both regional and national weekly sales rankings. Many of our Account Executives who do not excel in team management, but enjoy sales, build the perfect set of skills to transition into the medical sales or pharmaceutical sales industry. Account Executives work business to business so we can always make a first impression with a strong handshake and a smile.
As mentioned above, our company works solely face-to-face with business customers. We have found that this method of client acquisition not only allows us to build strong relationships up front, but also maintain a high retention rate of these customers. Each Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining growth standards in their own territory.
Responsibilities of Employees:
1. Establish and maintain client relationships within representative’s territory
2. Plan appointments and prepare presentations for potential clients
3. Make sales and establish future visitations to ensure customer retention
4. Replicate sales expertise by training, coaching, and developing peers
5. Demonstrate sales skills for future advancement in leadership & management position
