We’re looking for passionate, driven, and results-oriented sales individuals to join our inside sales team and make big things happen in 2016!

YouEarnedIt is a fast-growing software startup doing big things to drive employee engagement in the workplace. Through our award-winning product, we are redefining how companies engage with their people. Featured in Fast Company, Forbes, AdAge, TechCo, winner of an Entrepreneur Magazine Brilliant 100 Company Award and Austin's A-List Winner, we are looking for great people to join our team. We are currently hiring talented Account Executives.

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Fulfill an end-to-end inside sales cycle.
  • High volume outbound calling to target companies.
  • Manage sales pipeline from end-to-end.
  • Proactively target, prospect and open new opportunities.
  • Prospect new opportunities and execute strong product demos each day to meet key sales goals.
  • Identify decision makers and influencers within prospective accounts.
  • Manager personal pipeline and communicate progress to company against key sales goals.

Specifics about the role and other things you will need:

  • Minimum of two years with a successful track record in selling Technology
  • Killer work ethic, passion, and an energizing, positive attitude
    • Relentless focus, discipline and grit
    • Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments. It’s a start-up!
    • Experience salesforce.com as a CRM tool
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable cold-calling and closing deals on a repeated basis
  • Need Tenacity in follow up with prospects to meet monthly goals
  • Must love to demo
  • Ability to lead a conversation with prospects to understand current processes, tools, pains, and reasons-to-buy
  • Proven success in other fast-paced sales/startup environments
