* MUST have Solution Selling (SaaS) to Banks or Credit Unions experience!

The Sr. Account Executive proactively drives net-new revenue growth. The Account Exec continuously develops and builds sales pipelines

within their respective territory and/or within specific named accounts, using their specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify,

negotiate and close opportunities. Additionally the Account Exec is responsible for retaining existing client revenue. Through the successful

sales and leveraged introduction of services and solutions, you will drive growth of Baker Hill’s overall market share. You own the account

planning process and will coordinate activities with other Baker Hill teams in a collaborative effort to secure new business.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

  • Focus on delivering net-new opportunities and selling a wide range of Baker Hill solutions and services.
  • Use specialty to leverage existing opportunities in account
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships throughout client and prospect organizations – focusing mainly on
    decision-makers and strategic influencers.
  • Analyze win/loss rates and drive recommendations to improve ratios.
  • Work with and leverage external partners to deliver and sell solutions.
  • Utilize the sales support team and specialists to lead pursuit of net-new revenue opportunities.
  • Responsible for achieving/managing quota based on territory assigned.
  • Enter and is accountable for all activities and opportunities in territory pipeline CRM system –MKS
  • Implement margin recovery activities/strategies in full ownership of assigned territory and accounts.
  • Act as first interface for newly won accounts in collaboration with members of the regional account management team

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • The Sales Executive, in the “Hunter” Net-New Revenue Sales focus is a seasoned & accomplished sales executive having:
  • A software, systems or managed services sales career spanning a minimum of 10 years sales experience.
  • Managed annual revenue stream of at least $3M and ideally greater than $4M.
  • A proven track record of developing new business from new clients, and doing what it takes to succeed, the hunger to close the
    largest deals and an inner drive and true passion for sales.
  • Strong relationship-based selling skills that focus on bringing innovative solutions to customers that solve their problems.
  • Successful track record for initiating and driving strategic relationships.
  • A client-centric perspective and the ability to lead and inspire an organization toward developing deep and mutually rewarding
    relationships with customers.
  • The ability to structure a strategy, and lead its tactical execution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills – able to converse with people across different disciplines and functions; write
    concise; clear reports; and deliver effective presentations.
  • A collaborative style that emphasizes teamwork, values the contributions of each team member, and encourages participation.
  • An overall flexible thought process and approach; someone who is comfortable both driving and working within an environment
    where change and transformation is being driven both internally and externally to the marketplace.
  • Detail oriented with an agile mind and keen intellect.
  • An impeccable reputation for honesty, integrity and for doing the right thing; takes responsibility for actions and outcomes.
