The Management Controls Account Executive reports to the Vice President, Sales and is responsible for B2B sales of MCi’s complete software suite. The position is responsible for establishing and maintaining key relationships with a subset of Management Controls’ global customer base. The position executes all sales activities including the identification of potential customers, managing new customer negotiations, contract development and CRM usage. The role is responsible for adherence to the company’s sales and marketing profit and loss statement.
Primary Accountabilities· Responsible for understanding client’s global program goals, strategies and expectations and ensures integration and synergy into their overall MCI plans
· Engaged in client’s internal process, technology and measurement initiatives to ensure proliferation with MCI’s Meetings & Events team globally
· Contributor role in developing and maintaining globally integrated strategic business plan
· Serves as a point of coordination/communication between Management, Sales, Consulting, and IT teams to ensure alignment on priorities, consistency and change
· Advises and consults on industry best practices and process improvements
Secondary Accountabilities· Clear understanding and focus on client goals
· Contract management and accountability for expanded scope of program
· Acts as point of contact for client issue escalation and resolution
· Shares best practices across customer base
Position Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5 Years outside B2B sales experience (Software as a Service experience preferred)
· Each candidate must complete a background investigation and routine drug screening
