Role Summary:

At ZipRecruiter, we're committed to helping our customers achieve success in their recruitment efforts! We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative go-getter who likes to work and play hard! The ideal Sr. Staffing Account Executive candidate will have 3 plus years experience selling into the largest Staffing Firms. You are driven, well-organized, passionate, love to win and have previous success building strong relationships with Executives at Staffing firms.

What you'll be doing:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly goals and objectives
  • Identify new opportunities within your assigned book of business and infiltrate the entire organization to ensure the needs of corporate and the individual offices are being met
  • Establish profitable partnerships with decentralized Staffing Firms at the corporate level
  • Mentor and lead other members of the staffing team in hitting goal
  • Provide product suggestions and be resourceful in creating, generating and presenting proposals
  • Work closely with the Staffing Firm to increase quarter-over-quarter sales within your assigned book of business
  • Main point of contact for Staffing Firms
  • Coordinate on site meetings to review account performance
  • Forecast and manage a sales funnel through Salesforce
  • Internal quarterly reviews of your book of business
  • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in online recruiting sales
  • Documented history and experience working with the top Staffing Firms
  • Knowledge of CPC advertising and the recruitment space
  • Ability to troubleshoot and offer recommendations for account improvement
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in team environment and independently
  • Analytical skills to make and support business decisions
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Can easily build rapport and establish relationships
  • Proven ability to work cross departmentally
  • Flexible, open to change and the aptness to work in a fast paced environment
  • College degree preferred
  • 50% travel
