Responsibilities:
· Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office.
· Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status.
· Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.
· Coordinates travel arrangements as needed.
· Take on multiple projects with superb accuracy
· Reviewing/answering emails
· Be a resource for office staff as needed
· Data input
· Manage HR administration
· Manage AP/AR administration in QuickBooks
· Administer reports as requested
Requirements:
· Proficient using Microsoft programs like Excel, Word, Outlook
· Must be tech-savvy
· Extremely organized, detail oriented, and punctual
· Knowledge of office management
