POSITION: Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: New York, NY
HOURS: 8am-5:30pm with email accessibility
COMPENSATION: Up to 75K DOE plus discretionary bonus
BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Required
Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support several executives. The candidate must be able to multitask, work well in a team atmosphere, and handle day to day tasks as well as ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to a team of executives
- Manage high volume of emails
- Heavy calendar coordination
- Organize meetings and events
- Travel coordination (international and domestic)
- Process T&E reports
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
- Minimum 3 years' administrative experience (FINANCE PREFERRED)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must possess a professional demeanor and good judgment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented and thorough when completing tasks
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Ability to act independently while being a team player
- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel
- Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
