Job description

Real Estate firm located in NYC is currently seeking a Property Administrator/Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Qualifications include:

  1. 3+ years administrative experience
  2. Experience out of Real Esate, Construction, or related industry preferred.
  3. Experience processing vendor and rent invoices
  4. Extremely detail oriented
  5. Ability to multi-task
  6. Knowledgable in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable a plus
  7. Experience with Yardi or similar software a plus

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, special events and travel arrangement
  • Processed vendor and rent invoices for payment
  • Recorded and accounted all payments received from vendors.
  • Assisting with accounts payables and receivables
  • Drafting correspondence to tenants, suppliers and vendors
  • Manage all outgoing and incoming mailings
