Associate Director

Our Associate Directors are the front-line leadership of the company and mentors for our field force. They provide expert guidance and innovative solutions to our agents to assist them with providing financial strategies for our clientele.

Our ideal candidate acts with integrity, is high energy and boasts success in mentoring, sales management and recruiting, preferably within the insurance and financial services industry.

Managing Representative

Managing Representatives play a vital role in helping individuals, families and businesses realize their financial dreams. In addition to working with new and current clients, they also set weekly goals and plan, recruit, and select quality agent candidates, and provide training and mentorship.

Our ideal candidate acts with integrity, has leadership skills and has worked in the Insurance Representative position for a minimum of nine months.

Selection Process

We've thoughtfully designed a selection process to see if you have the desire, determination and ability to become a Tomorrow Maker. If it appears that you are a good fit, you will begin the four-step initiation process. This consists of the following:

Opportunity interview: Through the opportunity interview, you will be provided with additional information so that you can obtain a more in-depth understanding of the industry, our company and the opportunity.

Career interview: In the career interview, you will learn more about the insurance career itself, while we also discuss your specific background and experiences and how they may fit with the role that you are seeking.

VIP meeting: The VIP meeting will consist of a one-on-one meeting with the support person in your life. This will provide time for your support person to ask questions and express concerns. This will help to create open lines of communication before moving forward with the decision to become a part of Transamerica Agency Network.

Commitment meeting: Once it has been determined that there is a good fit, it's time to take the next step in your career. Your commitment should consist of obtaining the appropriate licensing and education, working with a field trainer during your initial training period, and completing your development path. We will commit to helping you obtain your licensing, setting up your initial training calendar, providing the necessary sales and marketing tools, and providing a mentor to help you with reaching your ultimate sales and career aspirations.
