Implementation Associate

ResMan is currently seeking a Full-Time Implementation Associate this at-will position is a data conversion and entry position that supports the Implementation Project Manager team with the accounting setup and configuration of the ResMan software platform for our clients. Implementation Associates are detail-oriented, analytical, front-line team members responsible for consistent and accurate data entry to ensure that client implementations begin with complete and accurate information in their system setup.

Skills:

· Knowledge of and familiarity with the Multi-Family industry is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Basic Accounting and Financial Reporting (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Bank Reconciliations) is strongly preferred.

· Requires Basic Project Management Skills (0-1 years of experience with Traditional Waterfall Project Methodologies, AGILE/SCRUM a PLUS).

· Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and responsibilities, and successfully work under time constraints is required.

· Excellent Communications skills, written and verbal, professionalism and ability to work with all levels in the organization as well as the clients’ organization are required.

· Proficiency with business communications software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, GoToMeeting, common Windows operating systems) is required.

· Exhibits a positive attitude and demonstrates flexibility in project management approach to meet client needs. Ability to communicate up and escalate issues as appropriate

· Demonstrates proven experience delivering and maintaining concierge-level service for both internal and external partners

· This candidate must be willing to take their skillsets to the next level by proactively learning things (example: new formulas within Excel to make their time more efficient)
