Job Description

Intellectual Property law firm in NYC seeks bright, highly motivated associate with at least 2 yrs. experience in trademark prosecution.  Some experience in conflict work (TTAB, Federal Courts or UDRP) helpful.

Requirements

·         Experience as a PTO Examining Attorney strongly preferred

• Experience in reviewing trademark search reports and rendering clearance opinions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks; prioritize; and work independently

·         Strong legal research and writing skills

·         Admitted to the Bar (NY preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate comfortably at all levels within business clients

A record of providing legal services in a timely, accurate
