Momentum Business Analyst

Position Description
The Momentum Business Analyst provides functional support throughout the full SDLC to the Broadcasting Board of Governors with the Momentum Financial system. The Momentum BA owns all aspects of requirements, configuration, customer support, testing and implementation for one or more Momentum modules and contributes to and collaborates with the client and team throughout the process. The location of this role will be both on client site in Washington, DC and at CGI Federal headquarters in Fairfax, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities
• Promote knowledge sharing, growth and team development by supporting other members in a collaborative environment.
• Elicit, document and refine requirements for Momentum functionality in one or more modules. Own the necessary activities related to one or more modules for the migration.
• Define, development and execute SQL scripts to support the client and the BBG team.
• Recommend, document and execute configurations to meet the defined requirements.
• Develop test scripts, execute tests, report results, remediate defects as appropriate.
• Develop system documentation including designs, configuration guides, training guides, quick references etc.
• Support full Momentum SDLC activities
• Interact with client end users and system administrators in person, over the phone and via email to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Other duties as assigned in support of the BBG Momentum project. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor's Degree and a 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong Momentum knowledge (3 years minimum)
• SQL scripting skills (1-2 years)
• Strong Communication Skills (Written and verbal)
• Strong organization and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
