Job description



  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from Service and Parts customers
  • Direct customers who have additional questions or concerns to their Service Advisor or other appropriate individual
  • Record monies received on daily settlement sheets and verifies against cash-on-hand, credit card receipts, and checks
  • Operate the service multi-line telephone


  • Prior experience handling cash
  • Positive attitude
  • Need to be responsible and organized and have good communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must speak Spanish
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
