Req notes This position requires a working knowledge of cash handling procedures in addition to working with a variety of coffee drinks. Good cleaning and multitasking skills a must.
As a full time position it will be mandatory to be on feet for extended periods of time.
Job Description JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for delivering great customer service while making and mixing a variety of different hot or cold coffee and tea to meet the customers requests
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS-EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS-EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• One year Barista experience
• Must know how to mix, make and invent different varieties of coffee
• Must know how make and design appealing presentations on coffee
• Experience providing good customer service
• Knowledge in using different coffee equipment like coffee makers and espresso
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to comprehend and communicate in english in order to understand and follow written and verbal instruction, product and equipment operation procedures and safety information
• Valid drivers license and clear MVR that complies with AspenPointe insurance requirements
