CASHIER IN A GREAT ATMOSPHERE AT OUR WHOLESALE/RETAIL LAWN AND GARDEN STORE!

Cashiers are an essential part of our operations and a dynamic personality is what sets you apart! The ideal individual in this position has awesome customer service skills, making guests in our stores feel welcome, valuable and important. The cashier is often the first and last person the customer interacts with, so the impression left on them should be at the greatest and positive level possible!

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
-Conduct overall cashier functions
-Process customer orders for payment, returns, etc.
-Provide excellent customer service
-Greet customers
-Answer questions and assist customers with their shopping needs
-Answer telephones
-Help stock, straighten and dust merchandise & assist in maintaining store cleanliness

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
-Cash handling
-Must have superior customer service skills
-Be comfortable handling cash and other various forms of payment
-Basic computer operations
-Work well with others as well as independently
-Easily follow directions
-Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form in English
-Individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-Full & Part Time positions available
-Varying shifts, must have availability to work any days Monday-Sunday
-Must be able to work in all weather conditions (hot and cold, all seasons)
-The work requires moderate physical exertion
-Applicants must be physically fit and be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry the following amounts: 5-10 lbs = often, 11-20lbs. = occasionally 50 lbs. = seldom
