The Service Cashier is the associate who assists guests in receiving payment for products or services sold by the dealership. The Service Cashiers are one of the last impressions the guests has of their visit, so providing exceptional care is a priority for this associate.
Characteristics for the Ideal Candidate:

+ Keeps work area neat and clean.
+ Follows work rules, procedures and instructions from their supervisors.
Cashier Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Greeting guests when they are nearby.
+ Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received in an Excel spreadsheet.
+ Provides refunds to customers for returned merchandise or as directed by managers.
+ Processes, reconciles and deposits service and parts receipts, including charge cards, on a daily basis.
+ Receipts monies received from vehicle sales.
+ Files all cash receipt records, check stubs, and bank receipts.
+ Prepares cash deposits, ensuring accuracy and placing it in company safe at the end of each shift.
+ Prepares the repair order for the Assistant Service Manager.
+ When guests have questions or concerns regarding the service completed, the cashier will get the Assistant Service Manager to review the Repair Order with them to overview the repairs completed.
+ Providing unparalled customer service to our Principle Auto guests.
Principle Auto Requirements:
+ High School Diploma a MUST.
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Must be proficient in English.
+ Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
+ Professional personal appearance.
+ Good oral communication skills.
+ Arrives to work on time.
+ Ability to work comfortably with the public.
+ Clean driving record.
+ Valid state of residence driver's license.
+ Required to pass a drug test and background check.
