  • Works in the Retail Store while upholding customer service, selling, inventory integrity and cash handling standards
  • Maintains appearance level standards within store, straightens items as needed and etc
  • Maintains proper quantity of items in the store and alerts managers of replenishment needs
  • Maintains a professional appearance and behavior
  • Greets customers and attends to their needs while providing information about products to be sold
  • Sells merchandise and handles money
  • Operates cash register properly when required
  • Process transfers as required
  • Must be outgoing and friendly
  • Must possess a willingness to learn
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in the English language both spoken and written – able to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, Aramark Alcohol Regulations, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Basic mathematical skills are required – must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred
  • Should be able to work all department shifts
  • Basic understanding of cash handling
  • Good customer service skills and a pleasant manner
  • Good organizational skills

POS System, Calculator, Telephone
 
Travel Requirements:   Little or No Travel (>10%)
 
Lifting Requirements:  
LIGHT - Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10 pounds
