An individual could be successful if they possess the following.


  • Providing fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff. Greets, and makes welcome, each guest entering restaurant
  • Seating guests in restaurant as per specified rotation requirements
  • Maintaining proper seating and reservation documentation
  • Monitoring restaurant for table availability
  • Keeping designated working area clean and organized, wipes and assists in maintaining cleanliness of dining room, including cashiering area, as necessary or required, in accordance with established health and safety standards
  • Assisting wait staff and bus persons in their duties (e.g., refill water glasses and coffee cups, helps pre-bus and bus tables, attend to guest needs) as necessary, or required
  • Completing all assigned closing duties at end of shift
  • Knowing and promoting current casino events and programs and can give guests directions to all casino areas
  • Thanking customers, inviting them back, wishing them luck and making it easy for them to get back in play

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience in a high volume operation preferred
  • Read, write, speak and understand English
  • Excellent customer service/communication skills
  • Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
  • Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
  • Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
  • Must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items (i.e., flatware, plates, cups, glasses), bend, stoop and twist while carrying restaurant stock to and from supply areas; able to reach across tables; able to stand and walk for up to four hours; able to use hand motions when cleaning and wiping menus and table tops
  • Must be able to tolerate industry standard chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizing
  • Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
  • Able to work at a fast pace in an often crowded/noisy environment
  • Must be able to maintain a neat, well-groomed, professional appearance and uphold the company appearance standards
  • Must maintain good posture and poise throughout shift
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
