Pinnacle Entertainment (PNK) is a dynamic and growing casino entertainment company with more than 15,000 team members working at 16 casinos and racetracks located in Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Ohio - and PNK has a management contract for Retama Park Racetrack outside of San Antonio, Texas.

Greets guests and suggestively sells food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
- Properly processes cash, comp, credit card and other transaction types
- Directly resolves guest complaints
- Passes foods from Cooks directly to guests
- Works in a very high customer volume environment, serving several thousand guests per day
- Communicates with management in a timely manner regarding guest questions, comments and issues
- Interacts with the culinary staff to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management
- Portions, plates and serves already prepared foods, ice cream, non-alcoholic beverages and draft beer
- Prepares gourmet coffee beverages, shakes and smoothies
- Maintains a clean work area in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Maintains general cleanliness of dining area, tables, beverage and condiment stations
- Must have basic computer literacy, including 3 months experience using electronic point of sale systems
- Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Requires knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture – Department of Food Safety and Sanitation regulations
- Must be able to accurately handle cash, count change and process all other tender methods
