Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding the organization's products or services.
- Handles the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintains and updates sales and customer records
- Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the organization's policies.
- Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments.
- Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem.
- Possesses knowledge of the organization's policies, procedures, practices, products and services.
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of two years of Customer Service experience including order entry using an IFS system
- Bilingual preferred
