Dallas Based furniture retailer of quality home furnishings seeking a professional Customer Service Representative with chargeback/warranty service experience. We are growing and business is increasing. We are looking for an additional team member for Customer Service.

  • Must enjoy a fast paced, multi-task environment.
  • Efficient and effective communications with end-users
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Must present a professional demeanor
  • Be a problem solver
  • Adhere to policies regarding warranty repair
  • Comfortable with working electronically

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years experience in customer service
  • Assisting customer with warranty repairs.
  • Warranty chargebacks
  • Heavy call volume
  • Great Attitude, professional phone skills
  • Computer skills
  • Efficient and organized
