Job description
Dallas Based furniture retailer of quality home furnishings seeking a professional Customer Service Representative with chargeback/warranty service experience. We are growing and business is increasing. We are looking for an additional team member for Customer Service.
- Must enjoy a fast paced, multi-task environment.
- Efficient and effective communications with end-users
- Ability to work with a team
- Must present a professional demeanor
- Be a problem solver
- Adhere to policies regarding warranty repair
- Comfortable with working electronically

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years experience in customer service
- Assisting customer with warranty repairs.
- Warranty chargebacks
- Heavy call volume
