Position Available: Customer Service Representative Customer Response Center

Position Description: Serves as first level contact for basic and routine customer service inquiries and problems. Uses multiple applications to gather the necessary information and notify business partners regarding messages, inquiries and claim reporting
Position Requirements: Develops knowledge of company products and services, Escalates problems or inquiries as needed, Uses established procedures, scripts and screens, Promotes State Farm products and services, May work irregular work hours based on workload and job requirements, Must be willing to work flexible work shifts as operation dictates. Spanish bilingual skills are desired but not required. We are hiring a CCC-Service Rep class. The office is located in, Richardson, TX 75080.
Compensation and Benefits: Employees are required to attend a 9 week paid training program beginning on this date. All shifts are part-time. Once training is completed, availability to work Saturday and Sunday, every week, is required for all employees. The hourly pay for the position is $15.50. Shift pay may apply. Our compensation programs are always evolving and are subject to change. A 12 month incumbency period is required for selected employees.
