Join our growing team! Our Customer Service & Sales Representative position is a great full-time position for those living in or around the Denver area. Lotus Business Solutions opened its doors in Denver, CO in November of 2011 and we are excited to announce that we are growing again.

Since opening its doors here, Lotus has expanded into 8 new states and has plans to do so again in 2017. This translates to unlimited opportunities to advance your career very quickly within our company. We provide customer service, customer acquisition and retention, as well as marketing and sales management for some of the world’s most recognizable companies in the satellite, retail, and entertainment industry. We are known for being very focused on each individual’s talents and career goals. Job Responsibilities

· Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers

· Asks open-ended, questions to determine customer requirements, needs, and expectations

· Educates customer on policies and procedures, anticipated delays and any additional information needed to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability.

· Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of products/services and effectively oppose any customer objections

· Prepares all related paperwork and documents on a daily basis

· Obtains customer feedback through follow-up calls

· Proactively resolves any complaints

· Calmly and professionally handles displeased customers and provides timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns

Education/Experience:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Associates degree in related field preferred

· A minimum of three months to one year of customer service and/or retail experience is required; Outside or inside sales industry experience is preferred
