Synopsis:

Zurvita is a direct selling and marketing company that distributes nutritional products. Zurvita is a strong company that believes in everyone succeeding at every level and values everyone associated with the company.


We are looking for positive and dynamic people to join our customer service team. We are searching for people who want a place to call home and want to grow with the company.


We have multiple shifts that we need to fill. We have positions available in the office and also offer you the option of working from home.


The requirements for this position are that you must have at least a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. Telemarketing or Sales background is a plus.

Job Description:


To provide quality customer service in a timely and professional manner. To listen, analyze, research and exhaust all possibilities when addressing callers concerns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer inbound calls in a courteous, helpful and expedient manner. Evaluate customer concerns while maintaining a caring and professional tone. Adhere to established customer service standards..
  2. Analysis-interpret customers concerns by collecting data, utilizing knowledge and appropriate resources. Communicate findings in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Demeanor- Remaining focused on the customer while consistently maintaining a positive attitude.
  4. Retention- consistently contributes to the retention of membership by providing quality service, gaining knowledge on products and promotions.
  5. Other Job Duties as assigned.


Knowledge/Experience/Education/Training:

  • Must have general knowledge of Excel, Word.
  • Adequate typing skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Service oriented


Abilities:

Hands on knowledge of all processing systems applicable. Computer skills, some knowledge of Excel and Word.

Zurvita is ONLY looking for Customer Service Representatives who are:

  • Bi-Lingual in English and French;
  • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish; or,
  • American Sign Language Certified.

Major challenges/Problem solving:

Ability to research issues, find solutions and make sure each customers issues/questions are resolved.
