Job description

Client Services is an important part of maintaining an ongoing client relationship. We actively engage our customers and make sure they are 100% satisfied with the resolution to their issue. If we can’t directly assist, we steer our customer in the right direction. Often, when the customer reaches us, they have a pending installation, or are newly activated. When customers call, a friendly voice (the Customer Service Representative) answers the line and is willing to go above and beyond to assist with issues or answer questions. This helps reassure them about the value of the products and services we offer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product features and installation needs for TV, Internet, phone and security services
  • Provide quality support service through one-call resolution to establish a long-term customer relation
  • Maintain performance standards in regards to productivity, quality assurance scores, attendance, etc
  • Identify customer “WIN’s” (wants, interests & needs) and qualify for sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • 1 year of Customer Service experience required, preferably in a call center environment
  • Effective communication skills (excellent opportunity for bilingual candidates), both oral and written
  • Above-average computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends and closing shifts (until 10pm)
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferably
