Training Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm 
Schedules Available: 
2 - Sun, Mon, Fri Sat 12:00pm-10:30pm 
2 - Sun, Mon, Fri Sat 1:30pm-12:00am 
1 - Sun, Mon, Fri Sat 1:00pm-11:30pm 
2 - Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12:00am 

 

Customer Service Rep -

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service and support customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Enter information a computerized database.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, 6+ months
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize within a high-pressure, high volume environment with tight deadlines.
