CUSTOMER SERVICE / CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

We are actively seeking 8 fantastic, professional and talented customer service / call center representatives in the King of Prussia, PA area with one of our direct client in the financial services industry.

This position requires someone with the following skills, experience and abilities:

· Should have around 1-2 years’ previous customer service and/or call center experience

· Must be able to handle between 50-120 calls daily

· Must be flexible to work in any schedule. Mostly second shift.

· Must be local to the King of Prussia, PA area

· Should be able to demonstrate call center and customer service experience on their application

· Must be able to commute to Wilmington, DE for 6 weeks to attend a training (Paid).

· Must have professional demeanor

· Must have excellent communication skills

JOB DETAILS:

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Client Industry: Financial Services

Duration: 3-6+ Months Temp to Perm

Pay: $12.00/hr

Details:

· Provide quality customer service and support customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.

· Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.

· Respond to customer inquiries.

· Enter information a computerized database.

· Communicate any problems or issues to management.

· To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

· High school diploma or equivalency is required.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· A professional and courteous manner when interfacing with all internal and external customers is required.

· Good customer service, interpersonal and telephone skills.

· Ability to uphold and practice the highest code of ethical standard and conduct.

· Ability to make decisions within well-defined parameters.

· Ability to effectively prioritize within a high-pressure, high volume environment with tight deadlines. Basic PC skills and data entry experience.
