Part-Time Customer Service Representative / Record Coordinator

RecordTrak is expanding its King of Prussia Operations and is looking for PART-TIME Customer Service/Record Coordinators. We are looking for individuals who are seeking PART-TIME hours…..21 to 25 hours per week between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No evening or weekend hours. We can work with candidates in setting up schedules that fit them.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide multi-functional support to the Operation team to ensure correct processing of records
• Receive and initiate phone calls to record custodians to facilitate receipt of requested records (phone calls to hospitals, medical centers, doctor offices etc.)
• Respond promptly and effectively to needs of record custodians in order to expedite record production
• Assist record custodians in complying with requests and process written communications
• Thoroughly search medical records, obtain key material from clients, open case files, document receipt of data and enter information into database
• Review records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with HIPPA and other legal regulations

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and administrative skills
• Outstanding verbal and communication skills, especially on the phone
• Proficient computer skills, including Word and/or Excel and database systems
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Exceptional detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in fast-paced environment
