Large company seeking reliable and professional inbound customer service professionals to work in a thriving call center environment. Must have open availability and customer service or call center experience. Interviews will be conducted with Express. Duties for this position, include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively deal with all calls professionally
- Apply proper phone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
- Must be on time with no reoccurring attendance issues
- Must have open availability
Pay is $12.25 per hour. Open availability Mon-Friday and potentially one weekend day per business needs.
