Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for sales, service and billing support to all external & internal commercial and residential customers out of the Minneapolis/St. Cloud branches in an inbound call center setting.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Handle inbound sales, service and billing inquiries pertaining to water, coffee and filtration products and services. This is in an inbound call center setting and includes assisting walk-in customers and handling email/phone/fax and internal requests.

  • Troubleshoot water coolers, coffee brewers, POU filtration units for immediate repair or schedules service within a 24-hour timeframe utilizing resources provided.

  • Review and handle billing questions, disputes and collections status inquiries. This requires requesting payment and updating account records on customer accounts for proper internal account handling and progression.

  • Up-sells & cross-sells all available products on every opportunity which include all sales, service and billing calls.

  • Maintains a consistent and high level of world class customer service to all internal and external customers.

  • Maintains accurate order entry and documentation for all accounts handled.

  • Responds to customer complaints via phone, email or fax or properly refers customers to the appropriate source.

  • Monitors and communicates market trends and issues to the team & leadership.

  • Maintains communication with other departments, i.e. billing/collections, RSR’s and managers, to apprise them of activity and to remain aware of factors affecting orders.

  • Maintains files or folders and remains aware of pertinent updated information related to 5-gallon coolers, P.O.U. Coffee Equipment, PET products, quality issues, and the competition, to have available for customer inquiries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Handles administrative tasks as assigned by management.
