Job description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1 Maintain good communications with customers, provides correct guidance and information to the customers, and coordinates team members upon receipt of correct cargo documents and information.

2 Have good communication skills with office colleagues to ensure correct understanding of different service requirements. Must be able to respond promptly and must always seek solutions and alternative possibilities. Keeping all service levels on a daily basis to insure total customer satisfaction.

3 Strictly follows company standard operation procedures in order to ensure effective workflow among team members.

4 Verifies all documents and statements to internal and operator.

5 Handles complaints and claims from customers.

6 Ensures process adherence, exercising personal judgment to satisfy customer expectations regarding pickup and delivery of freight to meet expectations

7 Follow up on all quotes with the sales department, customers and/or business partners.
