Overview: Shiftgig is looking for hardworking Customer Service professionals to work at a large company handling inbound calls for vacation packages. 
Responsibilities:

  • Receiving in-bound orders and calls 
  • Must meet benchmarks for generated revenue 
  • Will be on the phones for specified amount of time
  • Must be highly motivated and work well in a fast paced, fun environment
Qualifications:
  • Customer Service experience required (Whether it be at a call center, or in a customer facing job such as bartending, guest relations, etc.)
  • Must have a smartphone with Android or iOS capabilities 
  • Detail oriented and ability to multitask
  • Works well on a team
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and oral communication skills
