Position Description: Answer insurance-related questions from callers. Explain processes for claims and provide emergency assistance. Use multiple applications to gather necessary information and notify business partners regarding messages, inquiries, and claim reporting

Position Requirements: What it takes to be successful in these roles? Like the vibe of a fast-paced, structured team environment. Have a keen focus on customer service and accountability. Are a problem solver to handle a variety of situations. Enjoy building rapport with customers over the phone. For some positions, bilingual skills in Spanish may be preferred.
