Customer Service Representatives - Medical Industry - 12-9 pm Shift

Resource Staffing is seeking to fill several Customer Service Representative positions for a large Medical company within the North Plano area!

TEMP TO HIRE! Must be able to work 12-9pm Monday-Friday shifts. Some Saturdays if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking high volume inbound calls ensuring devices arrive, troubleshooting any issues, and documenting calls in company system regarding medical products.
• Assist patients with heart cardiac monitoring device issues.
• Assist facilities and doctors with questions and when unable to assist transfer them to appropriate departments.
• Assist in calling patients when monitors are not reading their devices.
• Upload information into service desk website.
• Provide administrative support to shipping department as required.

Qualifications:

• Medical industry experience preferred!
• Must have a call center background.
• Must have 30-40wpm.
• Must have excellent customer service telephone etiquette and proper grammar.
