A thriving health company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative IMMEDIATELY to join the Salt Lake City team. The perfect candidate will be dependable, outgoing, and a fast learner.

Skills:

We are looking for caring individuals with previous customer service experience and commitment to providing next-level service. Great communication and relationship-building skills will go a long way in this position, as will a positive attitude! You must be a punctual and reliable team-player, and possess a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.

Purpose:

You will deliver exceptional customer service to inbound callers regarding a wide variety of health products. Those in this position are highly familiar with all product lines and can provide detailed shipping information to callers. You will assist with returns, issue credits, make notes on all conversations in the customers’ accounts, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
