• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in a customer contact position is preferred
• Previous call center experience preferred but not required
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to pass our criminal background check and drug screening
• Be proficient on the computer. (Windows environment and online resource tools)
