Our client is seeking individuals with great personalities to add to their Customer Service Call Center.
As an Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls to customers regarding products and service as well as provide general information regarding questions issues.
Additional responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative will include:
· Answering in bound calls from customers in a professional manner
· Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resource
· Provide customers with product and service information and resolve customers concerns and complaints
· Enter customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues
· Completing call log and producing call reports
· Provide follow up customer calls when necessary
Qualified Candidates need to be comfortable using computer system as they do use multiple screens and different systems for each call. Candidates need to have excellent communication skills and a desire to help customers!
$13/hour starting pay. Our client currently has both 1st and 2nd shifts available.
