Due to growth and product demand, Innovative Basement Systems is looking for a talented Construction Team Member in the greater Pine City, MN area. A current Class A Drivers License is required.

In this gratifying construction position, you will work with a skilled team to install basement and foundation repair products. No experience with basement or foundation products? Don’t worry - you will receive extensive training to prepare you for your role. You will enjoy having a variety of tasks with a changing and varied work environment, making your employment rewarding, consistent & year-round! With a need-based product line that is in high demand, there is greater earnings potential for you and less seasonal variability.
