Senior Consultant

AArete is looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join our team in Chicago. The Consultant will be responsible for supporting various projects while learning and working within AArete’s methodology for delivering value to our clients. Healthcare experience a plus!

Responsibilities:

· Build comprehensive profitability improvement programs that reduce costs, increase revenue and drive efficiency that lead to measurable financial and operational improvements

· Data analysis and assessment: including both qualitative and quantitative data

· Develop / build solutions to address and prioritize opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement and process improvements

· Develop compelling business case and implement change to drive success

· Deliver measurable cost reduction and revenue enhancement

· Conduct market share / contract analysis at the line item level, which would include contract maximization, conversion, and vendor standardization.

· Perform research, data analysis, benchmarking and develop tools, graphics and presentations to identify potential savings and assist the client in understanding methods and processes required to achieve measurable results.

· Build and manage successful client relationships generating positive client feedback on quality, value, innovation, delivery, and results

· Effective verbal and written communication with the client and internally
