Job description

Summary: Schedules and coordinates Company Resource bookings from Customers and Internal Teams

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

· Schedules equipment and staff booking through the use of Company software

· Coordinates with Test Floor Personnel to update progress of work and to provide updates on changes accordingly

· Maintains daily communication with customers via Phone, Email and On Site visits

· Maintain and schedule additional resources based on customer needs and other value added services

· Ensure Accuracy of booking over 24 hour period each day

· Provide high quality Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated planning, organizing, and statistical skills

· Understanding of demand process, decisions and schedule

Education and/or Experience:

· AA or equivalent

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software, as well as Microsoft Outlook.

Other Skills and Abilities:

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to handle multiple detailed oriented tasks

· Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
