Position Title: Sr. Onboarding/Offboarding Coordinator
Job Location: Irvine, CA.
POSITION COMMENTS:
Estimated to be an 18 month contract at the CLIENT Irvine location. Onsite with no telecommuting.
Note: Candidates have experience with MS Office (intermediate-advanced), vendor management, 3rd party contingent on/off-boarding and familiar with a VMS such as Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator etc.
Job Description: Sr. Onboarding/Offboarding Coordinator -
A centrally managed Onboarding function across the IT non-associate population ensures that resources meet the internal onboarding requirements before commencing their engagement at CLIENT, while the off-boarding component ensures timely removal of systems/facilities access post engagements to mitigate risk. The consistent process creates efficiencies that foster expedient cycle times, which then allows for non-associate resources to commence their engagements within the required timeframes and mitigate impact to project deliverables.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring IT non-associate resources (onshore & offshore) are onboarded in compliance with CLIENT’s due diligence process and done so within two days, including clearance and authorization to start
• Establishing all work order (T&M and Fixed Price) within the appropriate system
• Receive resource information from vendor and enter in the Beeline Resource Tracking module
• Resolve any questions with the vendor regarding pertinent data
• Work with CLIENT Hiring Manager and Vendor Manager to identify a work location.
• Enter location in Centerstone for equipment and space provisioning
• Receive termination requests from Vendor and notify internal stakeholders for deactivation of access and release of space and equipment provisioning
• Update records accordingly
• Provide reporting as required
• Attend internal meetings as required
• Diligently follow up with the internal stakeholders until the process is completed
• Other tasks as assigned
Experience Required:
• 7+ years of experience in onboarding/offboarding non-associate labor
• IT experience preferred
• Strong organizational and detail oriented skills
• Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Ability to multi-task on a consistent basis
• Ability to manage department information with confidentiality and professionalism and work with sensitivity to deadlines
• Strong problem solving capabilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint and VMS tools (for example, Beeline)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
