A fast and growing Manhattan based financial services firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to add to the success the recruitment team has had in the past few years. This firm is inviting a creative and determined individual to come on board and help bring in new talent to the company. The ideal candidate must be extremely motivated and a team player.
Responsibilities include:
· Searching the job boards for resumes to send out to appropriate recruiters as well as edit resumes when needed
· Screen calling candidates to set them up for in-house interviews with the companies recruiters
· Handling all onboarding paperwork, as well as processing necessary payroll documents such as w4’s, I9’s and pay rate forms.
· Conduct research to see where most applicants are applying online; assist in updating the company website
· Basic administrative duties, filing, faxing, scanning and typing
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
· 2-4 years’ of recruiting/HR experience
· Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when speaking with candidates as well as all levels of management
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
