TitleVest is looking for a talented individual to fill the COOP Due Diligence Specialist position! TitleVest, voted "Best Title Agency" in the New York Law Journal's 2013, 2014, and 2015 Reader Rankings, is a leading New York City-based title insurance agency offering a full range of title insurance and related services throughout the United States
Responsibilities include:
-Maintain Digital Offering Plan Library.
-Provide digital access to clients upon request.
-Provide customer service to clients over phone and e-mail regarding inquiries about the Offering Plan Library.
-Inventory and coordinate Offering Plan donations.
-Provide support to client in relation to gaining access to Offering Plans.
-Consult and coordinate with the Attorney General’s office regarding amendments.
-Coordinate with clients regarding obtaining new offering plans not yet in our library.
-Prepare and send hard copies of Offering Plans upon request.
-College degree preferred.
-Basic general computer knowledge/literacy.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
-Ability to organize and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
