The Family Service Coordinator, is responsible for coordinating and implementing all site-based enrollment and family involvement activities. Reporting to the Academy Director , the Family Service Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and will be responsible to register eligible families, orient families to the program(s), engage in family goal setting plans, and assist with the coordination of social and health/nutrition services. The Family Service Coordinator will provide oversight, management and evaluation of parent education and volunteer programs in collaboration with the Academy Director and Enrollment Compliance Supervisor and based on family needs and goals. The Family Service Coordinator will be responsible for establishing a Head Start Parent Advisory Committee at each site where program is established. They will have a specialty in supporting families and establishing community linkages, while nurturing and growing the Brightside Academy brand in the region through marketing and community outreach initiatives to meet and exceed enrollment and budget goals.
