Customer Service Broker
Forward Continuance are leaders within their field and specialist campaign solution providers who have a permanent opportunity for a tenacious, driven Customer Service Broker.
Working within a team, you will be responsible for the following:
Liaising with customers regarding services and packages
Closing the sale
Establishing needs, requirements and selling appropriate package
To maintain, issue and advise with knowledge of business products
Plan, implement and monitor sales and marketing initiatives across all business and product areas
Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers
Review and advice upon customer general product requirements
Being able to fulfill the above criteria, you will be in possession of the following skills/experience:
A background within Sales/Customer Service
Experience of Sales, ability to close and negotiate, advise and persuade
Excellent relationship building ability
Outgoing and conversational - able to build rapport
