Airport Operation& Customer Service (Cargo Airlines)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Strictly follows company standard operation procedures in order to ensure effective workflow among team members.

2. Maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times. Handle each account, including schedule of service fees, shipment and booking process, and any other related information.

3. Compute tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of merchandise exported to foreign destinations. Ensure account procedures are input into appropriate databases.

4. Examine various documents including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping statements to ensure compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of exported products.

5. Communicate transaction problems or irregularities to manager and assist in identifying solutions.

6. Communicating all pertinent information to the Customer Service through the use of e-mails, and reports or verbally to insure a team effort to satisfy our customer-s needs.

7. Prepare reports of transactions to facilitate billing of shippers and carriers. Examine invoices and shipping manifests for accuracy. Ensure compliance with government agencies related to exportation.

8. Ensure all problems and issues are addressed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree.

2. More experience is better.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

4. Strong attention to detail, highly organized.

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Air carrier and Air Cargo GSA experience will higher welcome.
