LifeQuotes.com, a 33 year-old insurance brokerage rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau, is now interviewing for friendly customer service/general office workers. From this entry level position, you could easily earn and work your way up to your choice of sales, journalism, management, marketing, public relations, advertising, accounting, statistical analysis, life insurance case management or more.
The customer service job is fast paced. You will need to speak perfectly clear English and have excellent writing and computer skills. Must be willing to talk to 75-100 people daily and treat each person as they were your favorite long-lost cousin. Ability to maintain a cheerful, upbeat and professional demeanor at all times is required. The needs and wants of the customer will come first in everything that you do. You will be answering phones, assisting customers and helping us sort, process and service life insurance applicants. You'll wear a headset to interact with customers to obtain needed information using our approved scripts and procedures. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate with customers and coworkers here is essential. Dress is business casual but visible tattoos are not allowed. No insurance background needed. WARNING: to work here you must be constantly cheerful. No mopes allowed.
Starting part-time pay for 29 hrs. per week is up to $20 per hour, with some nights and weekend hours.

Our Basic Requirements:
* Must be able to read, write and speak English.
2-year College degree required, preferably business major
Prior customer service or healthcare experience a plus
Must have no history of: criminal conviction, bankruptcy, current bad debts, current overdue bills or any pending court dates.
Must be able to pass general reading, writing, math, typing and customer service skills assessments pre-hire and be very good with MS Word and Excel.
Must have very pleasant phone voice and demeanor.
Must be neat, well groomed and have no visible body tattoos.
