Job description

Our Customer Service Representatives are problem solvers who take 70 to 80 calls each day. We help customers with questions, problems, and concerns in eight hour shifts between the hours of 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday with billing questions, changing the customer’s order, signing up new accounts, communicating with drivers, customer retention solving problems, and up-selling.  Customer Service is a vital part of our organization and requires self-motivated individuals.

Essential skills and experience:

  • genuinely enjoy working with people
  • provide superior habits of timeliness and attendance
  • be enthusiastic with an excellent phone presence
  • display good troubleshooting skills
  • type 25 – 30 wpm
  • have some call center or customer service experience
  • have legible handwriting
  • have map reading skills

    Fluency in conversational Spanish is a plus.

  • Work environment:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to an indoor office environment with minimal noise level.

Royal Crest Dairy established in 1927, a family business owned by Paul R. Miller, will celebrate 90 years as Colorado's leading home delivery dairy in 2017. In addition, Paul R. Miller is the grandson of Paul Silas Miller who started the Miller Sanitary Dairy in 1910, delivering milk by horse and buggy.
