As a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to interact with existing customers, sales personnel, and vendors in a way that will allow you to impact the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
· Multi-task effectively
· Assist existing customers with general inquiries
· Support sales activities including rate generation and account administration
· Manage vendor relationships professionally
· Understand and contribute to revenue based activities
· Identify market potential
· Expand sales in existing accounts
· Contribute information to market strategy
